Open Positions

Responsibilities:

-Recognize and determine priority of tasks from constructor and schedule work for on-site and off-site design teams.
-Conduct meetings, reviews, prepare documentation and assist the PM in preparation of contractual communication to owner, constructor, and subcontractors.
-Participate in discipline task force teams and evaluation of construction means & methods and applies lessons learned/best practices.
-Assist in coordination of Requests for Information (RFI), submittal, and shop drawings for conformance with contract requirements in support of the construction schedule. Facilitate       coordination meetings for each of the above to move them forward.
-Monitor scope and assist in the preparation of change documents and analyze interdisciplinary impacts.
-Assist in design and construction reviews and to gain approval of all design-related questions/clarifications and packages.
-Participate and facilitate design review meetings with owner, stakeholders, and operators to advance design packages.
-Provide field and construction guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and younger Engineers on-site or off-site to ensure design meets as-built and existing conditions.
-Assist with identification of out-of-scope tasks and preparation of change orders to owner and/or contractor. Assist with design and schedule estimates for owner-directed change orders and contractor requested changes.

Requirements:

-4-year degree in Engineering (or related field), Architect/Civil engineer only.
-5+ years of related field engineering related experience in design/engineering construction.
-Demonstrated experience in alternative delivery projects and pursuits.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and issues and excellent communication skills
-Experience in design or construction field on large complex civil projects with responsibility over on-site and off-site designers
-Broad general engineering background
-Previous supervisory experience in a project engineering role is required
-Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity
-Excellent written and oral communications skills
-Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required
-Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.

Responsibilities:

To manage the work of the warehouse for reception, release and storage of inventory items and also for their placement by taking into account more rational use of warehouse areas, facilitating and accelerating the search for necessary inventory and materials.

To participate in the development and application of enterprise standards for the organization of storage, transportation and release of inventories in order to reduce the costs of enterprise related to functioning of material flows.

To apply the project on automation of warehouse processes and systematization of nomenclatures.

To organize the movement of goods in enterprise.

To monitor the accounting of warehouse operations.

To organize the inventory of warehouse and take part in inventory.

To ensure timely submission of primary documents on commodity transactions and advance reports to the accounting of company.

To submit the proposals directed to improving of warehouse activity to the management for considering.

To conduct a comprehensive assessment of the work of warehouse, a comprehensive analysis of the work with search for opportunities to improve productivity and increase profitability.

To observe the rules of internal labor discipline, safety equipment, labor protection, fire protection and industrial sanitation.

To keep commercial and official secrets.

Requirements:
